On Kart, nestled in Viry, stands as a robust SME boasting a workforce exceeding 20 individuals. Housing a restaurant and touting the title of the largest indoor karting track in France, it epitomizes excellence in recreational racing. The establishment seamlessly blends heart-racing competitions with top-tier culinary offerings, ensuring an unforgettable experience for patrons.
The project
In this project, I undertook a wide array of tasks to elevate the client’s IT ecosystem to new heights of efficiency and reliability.
After a complete audit of the customer’s IT infrastructure and website, I was able to take charge of the customer’s entire IT infrastructure :
- Managed the entire network infrastructure, implementing robust security measures and optimizing performance.
- Conducted a thorough reconfiguration of the Wi-Fi setup to enhance coverage and stability.
- Revamped email configurations, ensuring seamless communication channels and improving overall productivity.
- Provided ongoing maintenance and optimization for the client’s website, enhancing user experience and driving engagement.
- Acted as the primary liaison with various service providers, streamlining communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintained and monitored the functionality of all computers and servers, proactively addressing any potential issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
This comprehensive approach not only addressed the immediate needs of the client but also positioned their IT infrastructure for long-term success and scalability.
