The project
In the CS Conseils project, I undertook a diverse range of tasks to enhance the client’s IT ecosystem and drive operational efficiency:
- Managed CS Conseils’ network infrastructure, implementing robust security measures and optimizing performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Conducted a comprehensive reconfiguration of the Wi-Fi setup, enhancing coverage and reliability for all users.
- Optimized email system configurations to streamline communication channels and boost productivity across the organization.
- Provided ongoing maintenance and updates for CS Conseils’ website, enhancing user experience and driving online engagement.
- Acted as the primary point of contact for coordinating with various service providers, ensuring seamless integration and timely resolution of any issues.
- Monitored and maintained the functionality of all computer systems and servers, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
